How to order from DNT?

Order Online: Visit us at www.dntaudiosystem.com to order online, seven days a week, 24 hours per day. Just about everything we sell is available online, and you can order with confidence through our secure server. In addition, regular online features such as the inSync daily and GearNET weekly newsletter, and more will keep you informed and help you make buying decisions.

Order by Phone: To place an order with Sweetwater by phone, call us (916) 799-9922. We'll put you in touch with your personal Sales Engineer, who can offer you late-breaking product information, news of special offers, and price, availability and shipping details on your purchase.

Your Sweetwater Sales Engineer can be reached (all times are Eastern Standard Time):

- Monday-Saturday, 10 am - 8 pm
- Sunday, 10 am - 6 pm

What if I receive a defective product?

If you believe you've received a defective product, contact our support team at (916) 799-9922 and speak with a Product Support specialist. We'll respond quickly with assistance or provide you with a return authorization (RA) number. If we determine the unit failed under warranty within 30 days of purchase, we will cover shipping costs within the US to replace the unit for you. For items purchased marked as "used" that malfunction or fail and that haven't been abused or misused, you may return these items within 15 days of purchase for a refund of the purchase price or an in-house credit minus the cost of shipping.

DNT offers 0% APR for 12 months when you purchase our products with Affirm.

 We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover cards, as well as Diners Club, JCB, ACH Debit, PayPal, PayPal Credit, and Apple Pay in our online store.
