Returns

DNT offers a 15-day, no-questions-asked, total satisfaction return policy with a full refund of merchandise price. However, the buyer is responsible for return shipping fees and for shipping the items back to us.

Before returning any merchandise, call (916) 799-9922 to request a Return Authorization. Write down the name of the employee that authorized your return merchandise. Returns without Return Authorization will not be accepted.

*Carefully re-pack your equipment in the original box with ALL of the original packing materials, manuals, cables and accessories. THE PRODUCT MUST BE IN NEW CONDITION AND PACKED CORRECTLY AND COMPLETELY FOR A FULL REFUND. Products which are not returned intact will result in a prorated credit being issued based on the cost of the missing items.
